Time out

Strolling along Brighton Beach, in Holdfast Bay

Enjoying the sea breeze, the play of light on sea and rock

Listening to the waves

Looking at the colour and shape of sea shells and…

Algae on sand

Here you are

A tiny footprint in time.

  1. Thanks for this reminder Veronique, I love your emphasis on our intrinsic need to connect to nature more often. I think this is imperative if we are to reclaim our love for and understanding of the very thing that has brought us into being in the first place. – More beach walks, forest walks, camping trips, gardening, stargazing, weather watching and immersion into wildlife – we’re still surrounded with it and it’s all alive, all of it! – it’s the only thing that’s really real.
